Hey everyone, as many of you will find out soon enough Linux Bahrain is getting it's own magazine. It's basically HT&T with a different name and hopefully soon more contributors. And that brings me to my first part of the topic. It's currently been difficult to write all the HT&T articles. So I've deicded that we should get more job offers out to help with the new magazine. If you're willing to write for Linux Bahrain then please leave a comment below and I'll be sure to invite you to see what you can do.
I'm currently building the whole entire magazine using open-source software like the GIMP and Scribus for all the articles and front page. So you may need those as well. I think we'll be using Google Docs to write the articles and then finish editing the whole thing using Scribus.
Also there's this flash software that I've thought about using called Issuu. I already set up an account for HT&T, but seeing how HT&T wasn't really aimed at being open-source I decided it was ok to use issuu. Anyway I was wondering if any of you knew if there's any software that's an open-source alternative to it.
Thanks I hope to see you're replies soon.
